Refund:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return the products in new and resell-able condition within 30 days of purchase. we will refund in full amount of purchase after we received and confirmed condition of the returned items.

 

Life time warranty for original owner:

As the original owner of our fly rods and reels, you are covered by our life time warranty against any manufacturing defect and material failure. Life time warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or accidental damages. To claim the warranty, please ship complete rod with faulty parts back to us with proof of purchase. If the warranty is valid after we evaluated the faulty parts, a new item will be send to customer free of charge. If the original product is discontinued, we reserve the right to replace it with a product with equivalent value from another lineup or gift card with the same value. 

Repair and replacement:

Fly rods:

Fly rods can be knocked around a lot during our adventures if you accidentally broke your rod, our team is here to help you getting back on water as soon as possible. We offer repair service at competitive rate in the market.

From first tip to third section, you could order a spare section for 500kr directly from our web shop. It will save you time and shipping cost from sending the broken rod back. For the fourth handle section, you will need to contact us then send the broken rod back in order to get the rod repaired.

We reserve the right to change rate of repair service in order to account any major increase of cost of components.

All shipping cost associated with product return and shipping back repaired item to customer need to be paid by customer.

We will cover the shipping cost for sending back replacement associated with original owner warranty claim.

We strongly recommend sending return shipping with trackable carrier service with insurance for valuable items. We don't hold any responsibility to lost or stolen packages between the customer and our end.
